The property itself is secure, you need your hotel keycard to get in the elevator. The hotel and room looked clean. Unless you rent a car you’ll be paying a lot in ubers since it’s 20 minutes from the beaches. The pool is the size of a hot tub, it was a joke and upsetting. Breakfast we tried once and it was below average. Sazón the restaurant attached was average. No other places to eat within walking distance. Absolutely would not stay here again.

Nice hotel they came in and cleaned everyday that was nice. Room had a dehumidifier I had to empty everyday or room would be so humid

Overall the hotel is quite nice. Room toilet handle didn’t work correctly. No room service. Room aircon turned off mid sleep. Room shower made weird noise and vibration when switching between cold and hot water. Ambient vibrations and noise made sleeping challenging. Extra hidden fees hiked up overall price.

The property was in great condition and the staff was friendly and helpful. Over all my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

The room and bed were very comfortable, but the breakfast was cold and the cafe was non existent. Staff was excellent and very accomdating. Very few good restaurants in the area. Pool is small and it was quite chilly.

It’s was a nice stay I enjoyed, i was charged twice on my credit card for holds I didn’t understand that was the only problem I had , the staff was friendly and the room was clean☺️ that’s a a big plus for me☺️

Book and payed for a room for 4, with 2 queen beds and a sofa cama, and they change it for a one King bed and a sofa cama. My husband had to sleep on the floor. They gave no alternative and charged me $342.00 for one night. They said it was expedia fault- “expedia let people buy rooms that are not available”.

This was THE perfect vacation spot for me and my family. There is so much to do within walking distance and big malls and outlets malls are within a 30 minute drive. The breakfast was amazing and the staff is a notch above professional and courtesy. 10 stars...

This was a very nice property with a casino and restaurant adjacent next door (part of same compound). The hotel staff were very nice, especially our housekeeper, Sarah, who made sure we were happy with our room. I experienced some "sticker shock" after being billed an unexpected couple of hundred dollars after checkout. I booked hotel through Expedia as part of an all-inclusive trip. I suspect this is an issue with Expedia more than the hotel.

This hotel was farther from the airport and pier than I thought it was. Even with that it was a nice room, quiet, safe, very hospitable, and an excellent breakfast included. Staff were very helpful. Take an Uber rather than a taxi service as it will be much cheaper.
