This property has mildew carpet . Tik tok reviews also advised me of this but I did not know the smell was so bad & overwhelming . Carpet needs to be removed . Carpet was soaked when we first came & we opened windows & cut the air down to make the floor dry & get the smell out. Other than that the room that we got was a nice size for 3 women. Lighting is bad if you put on make up.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like this hotel experience was different from what I expected. Before booking your stay, I recommend asking questions to avoid any confusion. When I arrived, I noticed that there was no one working at the hotel, except for a really friendly lady who was only there in the morning when someone was checking out. If you need anything, there isn't a working phone number or person available. The only way to contact the hotel is through email, which can be a little inconvenient. When I got to the hotel, I didn't know how to enter the property because I never received the email with the instructions. It was around 8 pm and I was stuck outside, but luckily two nice guys at the restaurant next door explained how to get in touch with the hotel and provided me with the necessary codes. Another issue was with my room reservation. I booked a room with a sofa, but my room only had a bed and nothing else. When I emailed the hotel to ask about it, they told me that the rooms no longer come with a sofa. However, I noticed that two rooms next to mine did have a sofa inside. Overall, this hotel experience was a bit confusing and different from what I expected.

Took me 30 min to contact them to get my code for my room . Plus you can hear everything inside your room by 7 is people yelling by the hallways and next day wake up at 7:30 am for the fire alarm

La ubicación excelente! En cuanto a empleados no hay nadie que te atienda todo es por correo. Sono la alarma de incendios 2 veces a las 7 de la mañana y esperamos casi una hora para que viniera alguien a desactivarla porque el hotel no tenía ningún empleado :(

I like how the hotel is pretty self served outside of room cleaning, however, if you aren’t out early enough, your room won’t get cleaned nor will you get clean towels. Also, this is a beautiful place, however, we paid for a pull out couch with bed and did not get a mattress so sleep for my son wasn’t great. There’s no number to call to find solutions either.

Super convenient, walking distance from the beach, next to nice cafe's and not too far from old san juan! Room was clean and comfortable and staff quick to answer emails. Make sure to keep the AC on at all time as it can get quite humid. Would definitely recommend!

The walk to the beach was amazing and easy, there are cute options for food in walking distance but it is also a short uber ride away to everything. The ice maker is on the 4th floor, we had to adventure all over to find it, zero mini fridge so it was necessary. Felt a little like camping/hotel hybrid. Otherwise nice and comfortable.

Extremely Disappointed. It’s a Virtual Hotel. No Human Being Around. There’s a restaurant on the premises which played loud music. Guests from the restaurant sit in the hotel lobby and speak loudly regardless of paying hotel guests trying to sleep. Horrible experience

This is a no frills cheap hotel with no front desk. All services are done through email. They are quick to respond and still provide excellent room swrvice. Staff is really kind. The rooms themselves are quite run down, but if you are looking for a cheap place you are only a 15 min walk from town and a 5 minutes uber from old san juan. Also there are two freat beache only a10 minute away. Breakfast options are slim but there is an amazing coffee shop right next door

There’s this horrible smell outside of the building. When we arrived there’s a huge dumpster next door and it was running over with trash but wasn’t sure where the smell was coming from. No staff. We did get clean towels on the second day. We ran out of toilet paper on the 3rd day. The hot water was everything! The beds were very comfortable.

Despite all the negative reviews I can say my stay here for my birthday trip was AMAZING!!! The only negative thing I have to say is there should be washcloths and towels stocked up throughout the stay I don’t like washing with the same washcloth . The water was hot during my stay it was a patch on the wall but didn’t bother me at all . The area is close by everything to me I should’ve used the provided scooters and bikes to transport myself around instead of Uber . I definitely recommend to stay here and I will definitely be back to this hotel

The carpets are dirty. My room didn’t have any wash clothes. When I spoke to the cleaning lady the next day because there isn’t any staff on site she told me she had to wait til 4 for the laundry. The wash cloths and towels looked very old and over used. I wouldn’t stay here again

We arrived at the hotel in the sketchy area to find no desk clerk. The tiny room was not clean, with stains on the carpet. The bed was crammed against the wall on one side due to the lack of space in the room. It was outdated and had no amenities. We wound up purchasing cabana and pool time at other hotels because this one provided nothing. We would never stay at this hotel or in San Juan again. It wasn't even the hotel where we intended to stay. Our room got changed without our consent and this is what we ended up with. Definitely would not recommend.

The property was better than most of the reviews. I had a last min request and they worked with me, which was appreciated. Unfortunately the hotel does not have any amenities such as a pool or dining. However, there is a restaurant that’s connected. Rooms are very small, but big enough for one person. It’s a good place if you’re on a VERY tight budget. I wouldnt have booked this hotel, it was done by a friend. But over all not bad and it’s in a safe location. There is a close beach in walking distance.
