I came late night after i missed my flight. The owner kindly provided me room instantly even if my booking dates i filled were not accurate. They were very helpful. "

"The Bamboo was a great apartment hotel for a one night stay in San José. We had airline problems/last minute cancellation with American Airlines and didn't get in until late. The hotel made sure someone was there late and when we needed to go out to meet up with local friends they provided us with the garage gate opener. The breakfast was a great local home made dish."

"Housekeeping and breakfast prep staff were EXCELLENT and ALWAYS willing to help in any way. I enjoyed 3 days in Alajuela and the hotel was central to everything!"
