"Spent spring break here with my family and we loved every moment. We rented the deluxe room, it was spacious and comfortable for all four of us, even when the sofa bed was pulled out we still had room to move around in the kitchen/dinning area. The 2nd bathroom was an absolute plus. Our kids enjoyed being able to sit on the private balcony to have lunch and snacks or just relax. The beach which is literally minutes away whether you take the boardwalk or diver around had the prettiest, softest white sand and the breeze was incredible. Lively Beach Resorts was a great place to stay and is within 15mins of major stores to grab whatever you might need for your stay. We will definitely be staying again."

"We have stayed here before and it was fine. But it seems that over spring break the property was pretty ravaged. Everyone was very nice but sand everywhere- breakfast tables and ground covered in crumbs, our curtains didn’t work- remained closed, air conditioning unit would not adjust, cleaning rooms every other day- I guess to be expected… but maybe better to come in a more mellow time. "

"This Holiday in was so close to the beach walking distance from restaurants and golf cart rental! The breakfast was amazing, they have a coffee machine out all day. And the pool area is very nice, has plenty of seating. "

"The bathroom had mold. HOTTUB was filled with stagnant water and was broken, not as advertised. The families upstairs had to be talked to by staff 5 times and kept us up all night. The hotel itself was so run down, even the worked said so himself! Awful experience "
