"We had the worst stay at this hotel of any of in the past 10 years, covering 50+ stays in hotels. We always give high ratings when deserved but in this case we could not find anything positive except the view.
A few minutes after being shown the room to us and receiving a key, we spent the next 15 minutes killing as many bugs as possible (most were coming from in the kitchen where a steady stream of two types of bugs came out of a crack in the wall). I counted 3 cockroaches and 22 other bugs...
