"I was skeptical at first. This was my first time staying in this hotel, and I had a pleasant stay. The staff is very nice, polite, and helpful. The room was clean. The restaurant had a nice variety of food and drinks on the menu. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family."

"The views & breakfast are the star of the show, very good, even includes mangu & right on time. Checkin was fine ( although I dont know why they make you sit to wait your turn while more people arrive), & it’s brand new with amazing rooftop monument & mountain views! However, the bathrooms need more shelves & most notably it is right in the middle of Santiago nightlife so if you’re looking for a peaceful & restful stay on the weekend this is not it! Rooftop music is very loud too & they allow non-hotel guests to party up there. When I tell you I put earplugs to sleep since we had to be up early, we still heard everything I mean I heard it ALL! Walls are paper thin! So if they give you a room near the top floors, change it because you won’t sleep a wink even if they give you earplugs. Maybe on the weekdays, but I don’t recommend this hotel for the weekend. Good luck!"

"El personal del hotel excelente, desde el trato y la atencion por medio de mensajes, coordinacion, calidad de servicio pero sobre todo el personal del hotel 100 de 10!!. En la piscina el joven Duarte muy atento y excelente persona. La comida en las mañanas y el menu opcional en la piscina riquisimo y con mucha variedad. La piscina muy linda y el ambiente agradable. Ambos caballeros que nos trajeron y llevaron al aeropuerto grandiosos. En resumen, primera vez en este hotel desde Puerto Rico como regalo a mi esposa y fue excelente opcion y sobretodo muy contenta quedo mi esposa con el trato y el hotel. Recomendado para todos, de seguro vuelvo"
