"The location was fantastic, near everything, very walkable. Lorenza was a lovely host, making sure we were well taken care of. She gave us tips, directions, and more. The rest of the staff were so attentive and caring. The room was impeccably clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were better than any 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Another bonus is we heard no street noise at all despite being on a busy street. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!"

"Massimo ist ein Allroundtalent und liest einem jedes Problem von den Lippen ab. Wir würden bei unsere nächsten Neapelreise immer wieder hier übernachten. Abends konnte ich auf der Dachterrasse etwas entspannen und ein Bierchen genießen. Dank Kühlschrank im Zimmer war das auch immer fein gekühlt, weil im Supermarkt gibts meistens nur ungekühlte Ware. Das Frühstück war ausreichend (für uns) und hat wunderbar geschmeckt. Massimo hat kleine Brötchen, Crossaints und Toastbroat gereicht. Dazu gab es...

"The AC did not work as it said it did. It blew hot air. I would not recommend this place seeing as it advertises falsely. It was 36°C in Naples and the room felt like 40°C. The bathroom shower did not hold the water either it would fall out of the base and go onto the floor which risked a leak in the room."

"The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. He was very responsive with any inquiries. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Our stay was fantastic. "

Der Host war jederzeit gut über WhatsApp erreichbar und der flexible Check-in war ein großer Pluspunkt. Kleiner Minuspunkt; die Seifen wurden nicht nachgefüllt und teilweise standen bereits angebrochene Spender im Bad. Außerdem wurde das Zimmer nicht täglich gereinigt.
