We received the worst check in service I ever had. The front desk clerk called me to the counter to proceed wth our check in and few minutes into helpin he told me to wait and assisted another person in line. I found this very rude and unprofessional. He proceed by saying thank you for your patience I have upgraded your room. We rush into our roo. As we needed to leave to our tour. Upon return to the Hotel we realize our room had no towels and I mean zero, no face towels, bath towels or even hand towels.We tried multiple attempts to call front desk or room service and was not able to get an answer. I had no choice but to go to the lobby and talk with front desk clerk for assistance. I explain to her everything that has being happening since we arrived at the hotel and told me to wait. She step to the back to speak with her manager and they just change our room and told me they will send 6 towels of each one for the nex few days we will be there for. Also she added 30 room credit to use at the restaurant or hotel service. I proceed to the room we were at to pack everything back to move to the new room we were giving due to no towels. This was a very inconvenience to do as it was almost 1 a.m., we waited for the towel we were told they were going to bring and never received anything. The next day the manager call the room and ask if everything was ok. I informed him we still have not received our towels and he just say I will send them right away and proceed with his day.Iwasve
