Both of the rooms that I stayed in smelled awful, like mildew. Causing our luggage to pick up the smell of the musky rooms. The inside of this property has never been remodeled for decades.The surrounding area outside is safe with no suspicious activity. The hot coffee that the hotel provides in the morning is made using TAP water, which is very unfortunate.

It’s quiet and on site laundry helps. The refrigerator kind of noisy at night. Probably cuz it’s old. Otherwise a good place to stay.

I had to wait for someone to come to the desk when I arrived after 5 hours of travel. The person was busy in the back room and asked me to take a seat. No shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shower cap, moisturizer, coffee, cups, glasses, or coffee machine in the room. Ad says fully equipped kitchen. I called the front desk for items, and shampoo, hard soap, coffee machine, and utensils were delivered. No conditioner, shower gel, shower cap, or moisturizer. The front desk claimed it was aginast the law to have these items in the room. I could not use the shower; there was no handle to hold on to or a rubber anti-slip mat in the shower. It is unsafe for a senior like myself. There also wasn't a hand extension for the shower. I was told by the person at the front desk they do not provide it in any of their rooms. I have a medical procedure in the morning and cannot take a shower beforehand. This should be reported as an unsafe hotel to Cal Osha or other authorities. Ad says Free Breakfast- it's free coffee and a muffin. Perhaps the verbiage should be changed. This should also be posted on the Expedias/ Stay America website and it wasn't. Shameful. I want a refund!

Beautiful, welcoming and attentive staff after relocating from a property experiencing a power outage. I was treated as if I were a guest the night before (and possibly should have been) and accommodated a better quality room. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Exceeded Expectations
This is a discount hotel so I had low standards. I care about 1) the comfort of the bed, 2) the quality of the bathroom, and 3) cleanliness. All three exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the Hotels.com site says there is a complimentary breakfast. It's only a coffee bar - no food. Hotels.com needs to correct this.

This was a good stay. The only thing we would have liked to see different would be the breakfast. They say breakfast included, but it was muffins and granola bars. Other than that, everything was good.

Horrible Management!
This was a horrible experience in customer service and how this hotel treats it's guests! I will NEVER stay here again! I thought my checkout day for my reservation was 16th, so when I got to the hotel the night of the 15th my key did not work. When I went to the front desk to ask why my key was not working I was told that I should have already checked out at 11:00 a.m. that day and that they were going to need to charge me the cost of that night plus a $250 cleaning fee. I was also told that I could not stay there that night they could not check me in I had to wait for their manager the next day well I start work before their manager comes in so I am probably going to be charged for two nights now on top of the $250 cleaning fee I was not given a courtesy call to ask and make sure that I knew that that was my checkout day and to confirm if I was extending. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back this has been the worst experience I've ever had I will never stay at this hotel this is the worst hospitality experience I have ever had.

Everything was and is good boit this place. I figured i would give it a try. I usaully stay at other hotels like hilton not far from here. Only thing that kinda suck is no coffee machine in room. Don’t book this hotel
What a terrible experience. We did not get to stay at this hotel. I called at 3 pm And said that we would not be able to check in until after 8:30 pm and wanted to confirm our rooms. We had to rooms reserved. They stated no problem. We arrived at the property at 9. No rooms available for us. Recommended we go to the next town of Belmont and call the manager for credit., we are traveling with small children. Super frustrating. The descriptions on hotel.com is misleading for property.
