Clean, beautiful property right in the waterfront and close to many San Diego attractions. Parking is expensive in this area but reasonable and easy at this hotel. Centrally located with easy access either walkable or train ride to the marina, little Italy, and gas lamp district. Breakfast was good quality with lots of options. The front desk staff were very nice, and were able to accommodate a late check out which was nice for our overnight stay.

They clean the room Once every 2 days, they couldn’t give me a receipt with full amount i paid for reimbursement as they charged me twice what a reason?? Breakfast is included but it is below average , it is overpriced i paid 550 a night including parking , service is poor and breakfast is poor never used it and internet has issue

This hotel is in walking distance to many of San Diego’s restaurants and the waterfront. The staff was very friendly and the property is well maintained. They serve a great buffet breakfast in the morning. If you stay around the waterfront area from the maritime museum south to the convention center or in the Little Italy area it’s safe. I would recommend avoiding traveling into the downtown area at night as the homeless situation has become pretty serious. The only real problem I had was due to a convention in town the nightly rates went from the mid 300’s for our first day then going up to the 800’s by our departure. I would say here again but choose a time when the rates were reasonable.

Pros: Excellent customer service. Very clean room with amazing views. Cruise pier across the street so perfect location for cruise passengers. Very close to Seaport Village. Cons: Complimentary buffet breakfast has limited options and is very crowded - not easy to find a table. Full serve restaurant is only open for dinner and only has outdoor seating. If staying on a higher floor, waits can be long for an elevator during busy times.

Great location, we walked from the rental car drop off at SD airport and into downtown for the Padres game. Great check in from the Front Desk Manager who enabled us to get a different configuration of room and a view! Will definitely stay again

The hotel was CLEAN!!! Which is the absolute most important factor when it comes to hotels in my opinion. The Bayfront view included a view of the cruise ship dock, the bay and the city which was BEAUTIFUL! Every single staff member I encountered was polite, including front desk reception, valet, bar staff (especially the manager who was a very nice woman), housekeeping, and culinary staff. They all made sure to speak to me and acknowledge me and my daughter each time we came in and out. I didn’t get any funny looks or weird treatment. Breakfast was served every morning…which didn’t taste the greatest, but wasn’t bad! Definitely a good start to the day. Walking to Seafront Village took about 15 mins but the view walking was beautiful and there’s so much to do and many ppl to encounter! The USS Museum is right across the street. The yard and outside entrance is clean and free of trash! The beds were comfortable and I was able to sign into my Netflix account to watch tv or watch the hotel provider cable. I will most certainly choose this hotel when I come back to San Diego! I traveled all the way to California from Ohio and I was so nervous and on the last day I didn’t wanna leave.

Kind and helpful staff. It should be mentioned that this hotel has a full hot breakfast daily all included. They serve all you can eat fresh waffles, sausages, pancakes, coffee, juices, cereals, fruit, eggs, oatmeal. Absolutely outstanding!! Phenomenal value. Kids and adults loved it. Staff was welcoming and lovely clean dining area with plenty of tables and beautiful views.

The hotel is located downtown between the Santa Fe terminal and the main ceuise terminal, an easy walk to the trolley and next to the harbour rd. All staff were very driendly and helpful. Rhe free buffet breakfast was very good. Highly recommended

Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Jeff and Malani were very welcoming and ensured a seamless check in and check out process for us 😀 breakfast staff was also very pleasant and did not rush people , even those who came almost at the end of breakfast hours .. I have not seen this at other hotels . Overall a fantastic experience .. will surely return .. the staff is the best part of the hotel 😀😀👏👏kudos keep up those smiles and great service

The property is very well maintained overall. Great location, good breakfast and near all downtown attractions. My only issue during my stay was poor cleanliness of my room(hairs in the shower and bathroom floor) otherwise would’ve been a 5 ⭐️ rating.

The room is unique with a great view. There is no restaurant. Mattress is starting to break down. Quite except for bay sounds.

The air conditioning in my room stopped working the second day I was there. After speaking with the front desk, and being told an engineer would be right up, I waited 45 minutes before calling down to the front desk again. I waited another 30 minutes and the unit started back up again and the error code on the thermostat disappeared. While I was sleeping the unit once again stopped working and the error code reappeared on the thermostat. I called the front desk and they again told me an engineer would be up immediately. After another 45 minute wait, I called downstairs again and asked for a different room. They were happy to give me a free upgrade. Upon moving to a new room that was supposedly ready, I found a used bar of soap in the shower. The rug in the main room was stained and I just didn’t feel that the room had been properly cleaned. It was my last night there so I just let it be. All in all I was disappointed with my stay. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and engaging, but there is clearly a breakdown in communication somewhere. This could be a lovely hotel. The location is great, but the hotel leaves much to be desired.

Rooms were comfortable and breakfast buffet and had something for everyone. Staff were warm and friendly. The reception desk was welcoming, and housekeeping was cheerful. One time a housekeeping staff member was on tge packed elevator, and as each party got iff the elevator, she wished them a good day. Transit is nearby, and easy walking to amenities. I would return again for future visits.
