"I said that my experience was terrible because my pair of tennis shoes just disappeared when cleaning the room. I went the whole day for work and return to the room by 9pm. I noted that the cloth that I left in the drawer and the shoes next to the drawer wasn't there. I call reception to notify the situation and they said that the room was set for check out that morning and that house keeping have to take and keep any forgotten items. I clarified that my reservation was for three nights and that was just my first night. They say the items would be returned and they was the next morning, but just the cloth without my sport shoes. I asked about the shoes and they replied that they will check with security. Security limited to review the videos from the cameras in the hall and the house keeping areas, and they didn't find any evidence of the extraction of the shoes from the room, just the cloth. After three terrible days of claims, they said they could not validate my allegations and could not compensate me in any way because of lack of evidence. I other words, they thought I was lying or making up a story. They said they will send a claim to their insurance. At the end I have to check out without my tennis shoes. So bad experience. Absolutely won't stay there again, even when that was my second time there because I like the hotel."
