"Very cute, white, and well kept, with a gingerbread house feel. It feels like a throwback to a different time for personal hospitality. The home-cooked breakfast is excellent, and a customized vegan breakfast was prepared for me, which was unbelievable. What really stood out was the kindness and help from the staff—Nelly went above and beyond to assist me with a difficult luggage situation. Thank you, Nelly. I highly recommend staying here."

"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me.
