Tanto el hotel como el personal del comedor del hotel un diez, pero por lo contrario el personal de la cafetería de los desayunos el chico de la barra fatal, encima pedimos sin lactosa porque es alérgico mi marido y sino le llegamos a volver a preguntar cuando lo puso había puesto leche normal y no solo eso es también un pasota

Una estancia para no repetir

La peor esperiencia que hemos tenido, porque para ser un hotel y pagar lo que se paga, que no se pueda dormir, eso tiene narices, porque a eso de la 1:00 de la madrugada, música a todo volumen, y luego a las 8:00 de la mañana, la gente de la limpieza arrastrando camas y haciendo un ruido insoportable, vamos que una esperiencia inolvidable pero para no querer repetir,lo único bueno la atención de la gente en recepción y el restaurante que tiene buena comida y a buen precio

MUY ABMABLES Y BUENA RELACION CALIDAD PRECIO

Estancia de una noche La atención del personal del hotel excelente, muy amables. Es un hotel de dos estrellas, para su categoría, esta muy bien mi habitación era amplísima, y muy limpia que es lo que se busca siempre. Soy celiaco y se molestaron mucho en el desayuno para atenderme. EL único pero es la ubicación, que es en el entorno de un polígono industrial al lado de una gasolinera, las vistas por tanto no son maravillosas alejado por tanto de Ourense., Pero en general todo muy bien con una relación calidad precio buena.

Very clean, big rooms and confortable bed. The restaurant has good menu and reasonable prices. The receptionist was very helpful, same with the waitresses at the restaurant.

Hotel muy recomendable. A pesar de estar en pleno polígono, la habitación estaba perfectamente insonorizada. Sólo una queja. El servicio de habitaciones comenzó con sus labores de limpieza a las 7:15 de la mañana, por lo que a partir de esa hora ya no se puede dormir. Normalmente los clientes se alojan allí por trabajo, pero si, como nosotros, estás por ocio, es molesto.
