"Everything was great, as far as facilities go. Perfect location for old town, port, restaurants, bars, etc. Very enjoyable experience. Cartagen̈a is great. To check in, however, there's a small, sliding-glass door to the office, to the right of the actual apartments where you have to check in. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you're driving, it takes a bit of work. I parked nearly directly in front of the apartment into a "yellow" parking zone. The staff will give you a discounted parking card...

"Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature."

"Very much a business hotel . The air conditioning and the safe didn’t work when we arrived but were soon fixed to the managements credit . Breakfast is average but sufficient, ruled over by a Manageress with the grace of a Rottweiler . Biggest gripe was noise , the big wide corridor echoed the loud voices of revellers heading to their rooms in the small hours of the morning. Whilst not the hotels fault we were woken on six of the seven nights we stayed . Certainly a comfortable enough stay but...

"Breakfast was wonderful! There was a wife variety of choices and everything was fresh and delicious. We appreciated having oranges and cake available at all times, too. The pool was warm and clear and there were plenty of chairs to lounge in outside."
