The location, communication, and accommodations were great. A little confusion reserving the type of room I wanted. I thought I had reserved a lake view but instead got a view of other buildings. My lower rating is due to the paper thin walls. We could hear every word from our neighbors. Also, while there is parking on the street, it may not be close to the suite.

O apartamento esta localizado em uma das principais avenidas, e se pode fazer tudo na cidade a pé, não tem preço! Pode alojar 4 pessoas comodamente, e está com todos os eletros, e utensílios necessários para cozinhar, e guardar comida de super.

Muito boa

Excelente localização, excelente apartamento, única ressalva é que poderia estar um pouco mais limpo o chão e a escada, tivemos que passar um pano. Tinha tudo o que precisamos, ficamos em um casal, uma criança e um idoso, foi tudo perfeito. Ficamos sem internet por alguns dias mas tinhamos dados móveis da Argentina.

Avoid Bariloche in December

The first apartment was on a lower floor facing the a busy road. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights with drunken teenagers shouting until sunrise. Don’t visit Bariloche in late December. Hundreds of schoolies everywhere you go on package tours. The apartment owner was very nice and I moved to another of her apartments nearby which was very quiet although not a nice as the other.

Very good location at a fair price. Pickup, check-in and communications were all great. Apartment a little tired which was okay. But signs of what looked like a previous breakin at the front door gave us a suspicious 1st impression. We realised after a few hrs how safe Bariloche is, and figured there may have been some other circumstances around the door. A guy slipping in behind us at the secure entry didnt help! But we had no trouble at the accomms in the end, and bariloche was superb.

Great service

Spacious property with good facilities, nice location near to the centre of Bariloche. Really impressed by the service, especially Candela who speaks good english and helped me during my stay, including organising transport from the airport and then on to my next destination.

O apartamento é muito novo, bem completo e a calefação funciona bem e deixa o ambiente muito aconchegante. É exatamente como nas fotos. A localização é ótima, perto de tudo, há um mercadinho no próprio prédio e bons restaurantes nas proximidades.

Debería mejorar todos sus detalles.

En lo personal no fue una gran experiencia, nunca sirvió el internet, a pesar de tener buena vista no abrían completamente las persianas (blackout), no cierra la puerta del baño, la ventana no cerraba bien y se metía el frío y el ruido, lo cual no se pudo arreglar en los 5 días que estuve ahí, no había papel de baño. Cama bastante cómoda. En cuanto a ubicación y limpieza, excelente.

Sinta-se em casa em Bariloche!

Localização incrível, muito próximo do Centro Cívico, o que facilita muito a locomoção e os passeios. Conta com uma loja de conveniência bem ao lado e bons restaurantes nas proximidades. Apartamento muito bem equipado e confortável, você literalmente se sente em casa. Recomendadissimo!

We had a great stay at Urbana Suites - very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and great location with parking onsite. The wifi was not very good and the check in process was a bit confusing because there's no staff onsite however it was a great stay overall.

The thing i like the most is their "owners", they are such a great persons, the appartment is so brand new, Candela is so sweet, she 's in every details. The place was very clean, has great facilities, is comfortable, has a lot of space, light, and is located just 4 blocks from Civic Centre of Bariloche. We very recommend this place!!!
