Lugar lindo mas sem oferecer tudo que prometeu
Passei uns cinco meses sonhando em ir para o suítes del lago,por causa da vista e da piscina. Queria descansar e passar o dia inteiro na piscina aquecida. Apesar de ser verão estava bem frio. Chegamos e para minha decepção a piscina estava com aquecimento quebrado. Ou seja,meu sonho foi jogado por água abaixo. Mas me ofereceram duas horas a mais no checkout por conta do transtorno.Sem noção ! Mas já resolvi parte com a hotéis.com. Se não tem condições de receber:FECHEM!Saindo revoltada!Se não fosse esse problema seria nota mil,porque o lugar é realmente fantástico,a vista maravilhosa e o apartamento maravilhoso. Não fosse a piscina teria valido cada centavo.
