Bom hotel, precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos

Um hotel bom, com uma entrada moderna e muito focada para um publico mais jovem (recebe muitos estudantes que estão se formando no ensino médio-janeiro). Uma funcionaria que estava no lobby do hotel, ao lado da recepção, foi um pouco rude com meu filho que estava olhando as fotos e games do hotel. O banheiro feminino dessa área precisa de manutenção pois possuia infiltrações e mofo. O quarto não foi liberado no horário agendado e tivemos que esperar 30 minutos para poder entrar no quarto. Quarto amplo, eramos 3 hospedes, mas tinham 5 camas de solteiro. Banheiro muito bom. Não oferece café da manhã.

Localização é muito conveniente por estar ao lado da Calle Mitre e a limpeza do quarto é feita diariamente. Porém, as instalações estão muito antigas. Móveis, colchas, toalhas de banho bem antigos. Café da manhã oferece o básico, mas os produtos não parecem ser frescos.

La atención del personal de la recepción, tanto Florencia como Andrea, fueron espectaculares, resaltando la amabilidad, la ayuda para ciertas dudas turísticas y consejos sobre lugares a visitar y medios de transporte. Siempre con una sonrisa y buena onda en todo momento. Sin dudas lo mejor en cuanto a mi tiempo que me hospedé en el Bariloche Suites. Habitación muy cómoda, baño muy confortable y excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de la peatonal, dos del lago y una cuadra donde pasan la mayoría de los colectivos que te llevan hacia los principales destinos turísticos de Bariloche. Recomiendo el hotel, insisto, el personal super destacado, calidez humana y las instalaciones muy modernas acorde a lo que esperaba.

Tiene una muy buena ubicacion, pero le falta cuidado, pequeños grandes detalles, en mi cama se sentian los resortes, la puerta del baño no funcionaba bien, y la de la entrada sonaba mucho, es mas lindo en las fotos q en vivo. Si se preocuparan un poco mas sin duda seria muy bueno.

Perfekt gelegen (Bus und Zentrum ca. 100m). Kostengünstiger als 2er Zimmer im Hostel und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir konnten unser überschüssiges Gepäck während 4-tägigem Trekking kostenlos deponieren. Zimmer und Badezimmer tiptop sauber.
