2 stars solely for the breakfast and location I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. While the breakfast and customer service were notable positives, the condition of the room fell far below expectations. The photos on the booking platform did not match the room we were given, and there was no image or mention of such a small and poorly maintained room. The bathroom had visible hygiene issues, including larvae in the tub area and a lingering unpleasant odor when using the shower. The overall cleanliness—such as stained walls and dust under the bed—was not up to standard. I brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk and even mentioned that we had to cut our stay short due to the discomfort. Despite this, there was no follow-up or acknowledgment from management. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but I’ve never felt this uncomfortable in a space meant for rest. I hope the property takes this feedback seriously, as it has potential—but only if cleanliness and transparency are prioritized.

Location is very good. Otherwise the hotel isn’t very good. It is old and in disrepair. Linens and furniture are worn. Plumbing and heating are ancient. There is no soundproofing so the room is loud. Showers are the smallest I have ever experienced.

Muito bem localizado

Perto de tudo. Agência Natural travel e Vivências travel bem pertinho. Boliche do Alberto e Alto el Fuego Rapanui e Mamuscha também. Atendimento muito bom e simpático. Café da manhã bom. O único ponto fraco é realmente o tamanho do banheiro, principalmente do box.

A propriedade fica proximo a tudo , bem localizada. Viajei sozinha e me sente acolhida por toda a equipe. A unica coisa complicada foi o tamanho do box para o banho. E o barulho a tarde, pois parecia haver uma obra ao lado. Tirando isso quero agradecer aos funcionarios da recepção especialmente ao Diego e toda a equipe pelo carinho e atenção.

Buen hotel con buena ubicación y redecorado nuevo.

Histórico hotel renovado con materiales modernos. Pequeño en dimensiones pero con ubicación privilegiada. No tenía bidet pero contaba con accesorio en inodoro. Muy buena atención, destaco al recepción de Micaela. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien decoradas.

Em recente viagem a Bariloche se hospedamos por dois dias, o Hotel fica no centro da cidade não tem estacionamento, paguei 28.000 pesos por dia no Estacionamento, roupas de cama e banho boas, quarto pequeno não tem ventilação, café da manhã muito fraco.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, conseguimos ir aos restaurantes, andar pela cidade sempre a pé. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Quando chegamos a recepção nos surpreendemos, muito bonitinha, bem limpa, cheirosa e quentinha. No entanto, os quartos deixam um pouco a desejar, são pequenos, a cama e os forros de cama não são de muito boa qualidade. O banheiro não é tão pequeno, mas o box não é de vidro, é daquelas cortinas ainda, que acaba molhando o banheiro quando tomamos banho. Tem aquecedor no quarto, no banheiro e em todo o hotel, o que mantém bem quentinho (fator muito importante para a época que fomos). A acústica do hotel também não é boa. A limpeza do hotel é muito boa. O café da manhã nem simples.

Hotel recém reformado. Café da manhã necessitava avisar no dia anterior o horario, tendo meia hora para poder comer, acredito que se deva ao fato da area do nao ser mto grande. Contudo, café era fantastico, simples e muito gostoso mesmo, tudo sempre fresquinho. o quarto possui espaco bom, somente a area do chuveiro que é bem pequena, nada que desabone a estadia. O chuveiro é fantastico. Por fim, o aquecimento era muito bom. Alem de tdo perfeito, a localização é mto boa, ficando na quadra do Boliche Alberto, Rapunui, Correo.
