I’ve been using this hotel for years. I have always had great interactions with any staff, parking is always easy, and I love the convenience of the restaurant next door.

The thing that stood out from the moment we walked in was the friendliness of the staff and ease of check-in. We were there for the Revel Big Bear races, and the manager was putting out free Gatorade, granola bars and snacks for the athletes and family members. We were put on the first level so we didn't have to walk up the steps, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The location is so convenient with many restaurants within walking distance, and only a mile away from the race shuttles/busses. The staff was so accommodating to us and we will definitely go there again and highly recommend the Super 8!!

Tired, old & neglected rooms. Our heater/AC unit was falling off the wall, the space around the door allowed wind to whistle through ….. cigarette burns on the tub rim. Just generally an old property that Super 8 has obviously given up on. The bed was comfortable though.

UNSAFE! This hotel is also permeate residence to local drug addict/sellers. We were places in the far back section and it was beyond unsafe. Heres what we experienced during our 3 night stay: cat calling men trying to jump into our car, a 5am parking lot fight that involved a knife, children playing on the roof, a man tripping and screaming bloody murder, a woman beating a man with a broom, oh and no toilet paper. (we called several times and it wasn't brought up until hours after check in) We only stayed because of its close vicinity to the NOS Center but its truthfully not a safe place and guests should not be placed with the locals that terrorize there.

The staff was very friendly! My friends and I arrived an hour early prior to check-in time and they were able to get us into our room earlier than expected. Room was clean and spacious, AC worked great. Only problem was our toilet in our room would make loud plumbing noises after we’d flush so we’d have to close the door after every time. But other than that our visit was fantastic. :) Highly recommend!!

The worse booking ever
This was the worse hotel I ever booked with hotels.com. Issues began as soon as I checked in. The key card never worked. I had to go to the front desk every time I wanted to check in. Three times they gave new key cards and three times those cards did not work. I still haven’t received my deposit as of today and was informed I was going to get it immediately. Hotels.com should not be working with the Super 8 they have listed on their app.

Absolutely disgusting
This has got to be the most awful disgusting place I have ever stayed. I didn’t want to get under the blankets I used my own blankets and slept on top. There was a recliner chair in there that looked like they just drug it out of the corner. It smelled like mold. I will add a picture of the curtains we tried to close cuz you could see right in our room they were all ripped and stained as well. The outside trashes were overflowing, trash on the stairs. They only reason I stayed is because it was a non refundable payment and I just needed some sleep for my long ride home.

The room had an awful smell. There was dog or cat poop by the bed. The sheets and the towels looked dirty. The entire properly look dirty. It was my only choice because I was looking for two rooms with queen beds.

The whole check in process was annoying as they required a $100 cash deposit. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just accept a credit card deposit. I had to run to the atm to get cash. Checking out was equally annoying as everyone was waiting in line to get the cash deposit back which took about 10-15 mins.

This hotel is disgusting. Room was cleaned prior to us getting there. I have photos of many roaches in the bathroom. I had to purchase my own clean supplies to clean the room. When we complained they said I should’ve said something earlier when I did twice! The only gave me 25 dollars back after paying over 700 bucks

Surprise!
Year’s ago Werner Enterprises used the La Quinta Inn for meetings and housing for Students and Driver’s. I was thankful Super 8 has kept the tradition of Comfort; Although pricey. I see remodeling is taking place at that location and the next morning as I was contemplating having a cup of coffee ( the condiments was there but not coffee) a small roach strolled out of the coffee maker. Perhaps it was the coffee bandit! Was it a fluke?! I don’t know, maybe it was connected to the construction, I don’t know. But it was there. Oh, and they take a $ 100.00 deposit, that I don’t recall seeing in Hotel.com description. Which they did return the next morning at my departure. The Motel does not accept American Express!

Disgusting hotel and bad service
I knew from the start it was going to be bad when they wouldn't let us check in 1 minute before 3:00pm despite having 10+ people waiting and the front desk not helping anyone. They then required everyone to pay a $200 CASH deposit even though Hotels.com says you can pay card. The front desk woman was really rude throughout the whole process and her manager was nowhere to be found. The hotel and rooms were gross. Our room had a place for a smoke detector but there wasn't one. The ice machine didn't work. There were people living in the hotel. Do not stay here under any circumstances. It is disgusting and horrible.

It was horrible moment we walked in and it it’s super hot and humidity then the cart pet was super soaked I’m guessing the fridge or ac had a leak and when walking to restroom I slip n fall on their greasy slippery floor the room was dirty still

Hiccup in the beginning
Checking in was bad because no one knew about the $200 cash deposit before they got there and there is no ATM at the there;other than that it was good.
