The staff is incredible. But it felt very unsafe and dirty. The sheets didn’t fit the mattress pad. The towels were stained. The shower was dirty. But the thing that alarmed me the most as a young female traveler was the lock on the door was broken. I wouldn’t recommend.

Overall good stay, room was clean including the bathroom. Parking was easy. No loud noises. No complaints here.

I liked the clean room spacious however i could not sleep, the room next door, were loud and up till 3 in the morning making noise, and then up again at 7 am

Cigarette butts all over the place to my room was hard to open not secure should be. The drain in the shower would not stay open to drain. The remote control was taped together the elevator felt like a death trap

It was not clean there was mold under the sink the sink was clogged it smell funky the frudge didnt work the only thing that i like was the service and the area

Not the best and not the worst. Our first room had a broken toilet, cigarette hole in the sheets, and dirty/stained towels. They moved us to a different room that seemed slightly cleaner. But there was still things that werent cleaned. The tv remote was broken and there were hairballs in the corners. I felt like it was pretty expensive for how basic and dingy it was.

Staff are rude roaches in room this place is a dump not why days inn or wyndham has there name even tied to it . I was lucky i didnt get robbed in the parking lot . Prostituion and drug deals going on all around property .

Not too far from NOS Center
The place was super clean and nice, it was about a 15 drive to the NOS center but I had no issues with that. Lots of places to eat near by. I would stay again.

I booked a night. It was confirmed. When I arrived at the property around 9 pm I was told that the fire department inspected and did not permit any more customers to stay other than the ones that were already there checked in. I was not notified at all until I arrived. I had to inconvenience myself and find another hotel
