Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa
We decided to book a room despite living locally after our wedding ceremony. Staff were so generous to upgrade our room for free for the occasion. We had an excellent time and would love to make it an annual tradition to come back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa
The room was clean and everyday the room was restocked as needed. The staff was courteous and helpful. All hotel staff in the restaurants, the shops, to the valet service was courteous and made sure that whatever we needed was taken care of.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Bernardino
Yes on both counts. Unfortunately the heating system for the room (312) was not working. It only blew cold outside air. I reported it to the person at the reception desk.
