"E' stata la prima volta a Casa del Mar. Abbiamo trovato una struttura confortevole e un personale cortese e disponibile. Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli. Abbiamo soggiornato anche con il nostro piccolo cane. E' una struttura adatta per famiglie, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La soluzione scelta comprendeva la mezza pensione....

"Prettig verblijf in een mooie middeleeuwse Borgo in het stoffige dorpje Monteprandone met (opa) Enzo als gastheer. Van alle gemakken voorzien op 10 minuten van de kust. "

"The rooms are very spacious for european standard. The staff was very nice and waited late for us to arrive. The biggest issue we had was noise and wifi. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the hallway to the people outside and movements from all around. There is no wifi in the rooms themselves only in the lobby. It was a good value if you like noise and dont care for wifi."

"Well positioned for very close beach, with umbrella and two 'sdraio' deckchairs included in room rate (sun beds available for extra €5 per day). Rosburgo Sea Resort is a clean and very friendly basic residence (we stayed in a well equipped ground floor studio, with good sized enclosed yard area) although very close to the busy train line that runs the length of Italy's Adriatic coast."

"Molto bene, fortunati con il tempo. Splendide passeggiate sulla spiaggia e una meravigliosa ciclabile lungo la costa con cui puoi raggiungere altre interessanti località. Puoi dimenticarti la macchina o visitare luoghi caratteristici nell'interno.... un soggiorno adatto per farti dimenticare il caos della città."

"L' appartamento superior ( bilocale) è dotato di 2 condizionatori, persiane elettriche, lavatoio esterno, ampio balcone con con tavolo e sedie e tenda avvolgibile ; la cucina è ben attrezzata e ha un pratico piano cottura a induzione. Impagabile la libertà e l'indipendenza assoluta, nonché la silenziosità nelle ore notturne . La palazzina dove abbiamo alloggiato é nuova, dotata di una grande e bella piscina (utilizzabile negli orari consentiti e sorvegliata) con scivolo per i bambini. A poca...
