"Small pool for size of hotel. Cleaning poor in communial areas (e.g. Stair wells) Staines in bathroom and no spa facilities Food very standard and not varied each day (pork every day!!) Good location for dunes and city centre Everything charged in addition e.g. room safe! "

"Very clean throughout. Impressive! Friendly staff in every department. The food was of generally good quality, although became a bit repetitive. Our standard room was comfortable. However, no explanation about location of restaurant or wellness area or pools, or the all-inclusive service when we arrived. A big issue - no lock on balcony doors! Whoever not? The wall between rooms was around 1.8m and easily climbed. Too few lifts for the size of the hotel. We had to wait constantly. The four hot tubs in the wellness area are set at 27⁰C. Too cold! Fake perfume smell in lobby. Why?! Noise from cleaners outside Bohio at 0730 every morning! Shower water changes from warm to scalding hot. This is dangerous, especially for older people. "

"The hotel was a last minute booking as we’d had to cancel our trip to Dubai. The hotel was good and we were given a pleasant room overlooking the pool. Hotel handily placed for walking the dunes and accessing other areas of the south coast. The restaurant was fine with enormous portions and plenty of choice at breakfast. Had two lunches in house which were not great. Two good pools - one with salt water and heated to around 35 degrees. The clientele were 85% German with quite a lot of elderly and infirm guests so not exactly party town. The bar was comfortable with quality entertainment each night. The gym was disappointing - described as containing state of the art Technogym equipment, but it was tiny and could only really cope with two people at a time. Water dispensers would have been a welcome addition round the pool as would a more disciplined sunbed booking procedure. Maspalomas was very busy during the day but quiet at night - guess it was too early in the season "

"The ocean view was very nice. Room as in the picture. Pool area was very good. Also short walk to the beach and lots of shops nearby. Food was delicious, as well as there werw plenty of food options outside of main meal times. Good selection of drinks and coctails. Highly recommended!"

"Hotel is obsessed with charging for everything and in many cases things that ought to be complimentary. Dish washing liquid and cloth €4.5; one coffee pod €1.90; bottle of water €4, etc. The fridge was full of more drink than the usual mini fridge. "
