The two ladies that work there are the reason I stayed, I didn't get their names but they work the 3 to 11 shifts, absolutely beautiful people, so welcoming, so friendly so professional they truly need to teach a customer service class.

Nice Stay at Stone Oak

It was a short two night stay. Did not have a chance to use the pool or hot tub because of constant threat of thunderstorms. Front desk staff super friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping staff efficient and responsive. Hot complimentary breakfast adequate and decent variety. All day coffee bar nice addition. Nice Stay at Stone Oak

Hotel in general ok, but old, bathtub with rust, cockroaches, and old, and dirty and old sofa. Gym worked only 1 equipment. Service was good , but hotel was old

The room looked outdated. The beds were not comfortable. the skirt around bed was torn. The sofa bed was not appealing. Tattered carpet. Wallpaper looked to be peeling and not sure but May looked like mold. Staff was friendly. I personally would not return.

Fun family vacation stay in San Antonio

This hotel was well worth the value, with the 1 room suite, excellent breakfast daily and the staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The one room suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The pool was also enjoyed nightly.

Handy location

The guests in a room across the hall had a loud party with music you could “feel” in our room. Reported to front desk but still went on past 10. Room and bed were comfortable. Good breakfast. Lots of restaurants in the area.
