Great Hotel Close to Downtown

Hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved how it was conveniently located to all the attractions in downtown San Antonio. We would definitely stay again.

Staff was nice, you get what you pay for so don’t go in having high expectations. Amenities are very close -the Riverwalk and Alamo the Needle are all within walking distance. Parking fee is outrageous. That is a huge thumbs down. I’m already paying for the stay I shouldn't have to pay for my car to stay too.

A/C wasn’t on but the room was very comfortable. We turned on the A/C the next morning and we were very comfortable. Parking was great just wish we didn’t have to pay daily just to park our car.

The room was spotless and cleaned, and the help our staff was very helpful with us and very friendly. The only problem we had was the first morning we got up. There is no hot water initially and we were called downstairs and asked what’s what’s with the water problem, they told us because we were on an upper floor. He was gonna take longer for the hot water. We waited over 45 minutes before the water finally got hot and that was with the water running the entire time. It almost made us let both late for the meetings that we had that morning. That was our only real problem we had. The rest of the hotel was very nice.
