The hotels in a good location. However, the rooms are very dated and very dirty. The carpeting looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice room on river. Staff were great, responsive to what we needed. Friendly managers, breakfast was good. Will try to book next stay here.

It was just an all around great experience from checkin til we left. And they even have breakfast and then snacks a drinks with dinner food item for you. I would stay again in future

Our favorite thing was that there were several blue heron nests in the tree next to our room balcony! We loved the rare opportunity to see this up and close.

I love that it was right in the River Walk! You are literally able to walk out of the hotel and be on River Walk.

The hotel is very well located directly on the Riverwalk and is popular with tour groups that sometimes seem to overwhelm. The complimentary breakfast and happy hours are crowded and most of the whole main floor is used for these. Since I am an early riser and my husband not, I searched for a quiet reading area but could not escape the piped in music even at 6:30 a.m. We also stayed at the Drury Inn near the airport and there was more separation there between sitting and breakfast areas,

My husband, seven-year-old son and I stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great time! The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and all of the amenities included were wonderful including the extensive breakfast, dinner and happy hour in the evening! The hotel is located right on the lovely riverwalk in the heart of everything. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we had no issues to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in San Antonio!

Right on the Riverwalk. Hotel is beautiful and bed extremely comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond, they are so friendly. The food is amazing and complementary breakfast, dinner and drinks. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend!

Great facility and very friendly staff. Hotel is very nice and updated for how old it is. Only word of caution is parking is very limited and not made for large vehicles. Everything else is spectacular.

the room was clean, it was in walking distance of everything (5-10 min walk). Had safe entry & exit (must have room key to get in and out). be prepared to pay for parking $20
