"The reception staff in particular were not helpful. They charged me double the regular room rate for a one hour visit by a guest and had me signed a form that I was OK with it. No free water Also at check out I asked them if I can check out 30 minutes late which 12:30 instead of 12 and they refused. Just none caring attitude by the reception staff. I don’t recommend this hotel."
