"We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Riverwalk. Room was clean, comfortable and generously sized. The issue with the air conditioner was promptly resolved. Staff were excellent. Great location. Using the valet service is recommended. "

"The hotel lobby is cute and quaint. Once you leave lobby the vibe is very different. The reality of a very dirty hotel becomes evident as you wait by elevator doors which were extremely dirty. The doors to each room were extremely dirty and marked up. Our bathroom was dirty. The furniture has an inch of dust. The ac not working properly. A ceiling tile fell and woke us up as it sounded like a loud crash. Floors extremely dirty. "

"The hotel is beautiful and located right on the Riverwalk. While Valet is pricey, you can come and go. The two queen corner room was HUGE. Though, my highest compliments to the staff. Every staff member I encountered was kind, professional and very put together. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini spring break getaway. "
