"Mentre ci recavamo all'albergo, siamo stati fermati dalla polizia, che ci chiedeva dove eravamo diretti. Dopo di che ci fa fatto salire sul loro furgone dato che eravamo in una zona poco sicura , allo stesso tempo ci ha sconsigliato di soggiornare in quella zona ritenendola pericolosa per i turisti. Niente di personale con la famiglia che gestisce la struttura, ma credo che Hotels prima di pubblicizzare e vendere qualsiasi soggiorno, dovrebbe informarsi e poi indicare la reale situazione di...

We arrived at 3:45 PM, as check-in was at 3 PM like everywhere else, but it wasn't available yet because they were "cleaning"—that wasn't the problem.
