Miguel at reception was very kind. Everyone at the restaurant was friendly and kind. Loved that you have a car to drive the elderly to the beach area...great place to stay..."

"The hotel is in front of the lake and has a pool facing the lake. Best sunset view ever. They even have a bar in the pool. The food was okay. But the staff went above and beyond for us. We had paid for breakfast but because we were leaving before breakfast time, they gave us a to go meal. Also helped us with the shuttle for the airport. Best experience thus far"
