"Loved staying here! Everyone was so friendly and it was a little slice of paradise. The beach was pristine and loved staying in the traditional fale. Food with the family each day was big portions and fresh and different each day. Would recommend to anyone wanting a down to earth, quiet and beautiful spot."
"Our original booking for the holiday home wasn’t available when we arrived, but they offered us two beachside villas instead which we were happy with. The staff were great, super friendly and welcoming. They were also really good with housekeeping, always coming in for room service and helping with laundry which I appreciated.
The cats and dogs around the property can be a bit annoying if you’re not really an animal person. I did enjoy my stay overall, but I think they definitely need to address the number of cockroaches getting into the rooms. Aside from that, it’s a good place to rest your head for the price."
"My stay there for two weeks was nothing short of amazing. The customer service from the receptionists to the waiters/waitresses was amazing! The food there was so delicious, I only ate there a few times but my favourite was the cookies and cream milkshake. Breakfast every morning was so delicious! Especially the buffet breakfast, and the room I was staying at was just beyond my expectations. Little bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth every penny. I would love to stay here again, thank you Amoa! "
"Saletoga was great, very clean/modern rooms, very nice staff and owner, pristine beach, nice pool with cocktail bar, free use of kayaks, and masks (BYO if you have one as the free masks aren't great, but to be expected for free gear).
*Do not pay extra to book breakfast with hotels.com.* We paid extra only to find out breakfast is complimentary to all guests. Hotels.com snubbed my complaint which is very disappointing. This negative feedback reflects on hotels.com rather than the hotel itself!
Complimentary wifi is only available in the main restaurant (and I believe reception). It was nice to disconnect though and there was a library of hundreds of DVDs for guests to borrow! "
"The villas were great and spacious. I had a massage and the lady was lovely. One of the best massages I’ve had. Food was also very good and tasty. Had a mishap (being overcharged Fiafia night fee. Weren’t aware there would be a fee going to dinner at the hotel on this night. Spoke to staff about this and they sorted it out. Would be good to have a heads up on the Fia Fia night fees before being seated for dinner. M"
"Our balcony was very dirty looks like it hadn’t been clean in a few weeks and our room was sub par. most of the plug outlets were broken and room phone didn’t work so had to walk all the way to reception to place an order. Housekeep walked in when we had our ‘do not disturb’ button switched on. far from great customer service. 3/5 stars "
