Room was a little too small for 2. Not much space in case you have more luggage. Very quiet and well located in the heart of the city. Breakfast was okay - nothing special. There is a supermarket close by in case you need something. That's very convenient.

There were many things included in the price that normally you pay for, e.g. the minibar was for free. Also everything else was excellent! Given the price we paid, we were very positively surprised about the hotel.

Typisches DORMERO

Typisches DORMERO, saubere und moderne Zimmer, hippes Ambient LED Licht in verschiedenen Farben und dimmbar. Bett war mir aber zu weich und die Zimmer sind mir einfach zu klein. Aber das ist bei DORMERO halt so.

Ich fand das Hotelpersonal beim Einchecken sehr schnippisch und somit unfreundlich! Ich brauchte eine Rechnung für die Firma mit MwSt. etc.! Und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich die nur von dem Booking-Unternehmen bekomme, wo ich gebucht habe, nach eine Weile hin und her diskutieren mit dem Personal an der Rezeption, sagte ich völlig genervt: das hatte ich so in der Form noch nie! Da sagte die Dame: Es gibt immer ein erstes Mal! Ich fand das unpassend und fand das gar nicht witzig, was ich ihr auch direkt sagte, da polierte sie weiter ihre Gläser und fing an zu lachen!
