No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally. "We traveled with my mother who is in a wheelchair. The accessible Room was excellent, parking was right in front of the room with a ramp. The shower in the room was perfect for her roll-in access. The room was large and had plenty of space for three people, luggage and a wheelchair. The main entrance, Bar and Restaurant were all accessible and perfect for a drink or meal right onsite. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"This is a really fun Ferrari themed hotel about 2 miles from the Ferrari factory and museum. The breakfast every morning was the star of the show. Amazing food! The staff was also very helpful and friendly. They were able to call us a taxi each morning and that was nice. The room was pretty small and difficult to open up our suitcases, but we made it work and weren’t in the room for very long. Very comfortable beds too!"

"Excellent rooms, well connected hotel, good prices and good breakfast, good high speed WiFi. Pool and sauna were a good surprise. Very helpful staff, roomy, well lit, comfortable room. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again if holidaying in the same area. There was something funny with the drain in one of bathrooms of the rooms we booked. with a smell, but probably an isolated incident."
