We where very disappointed with this place it doesn't look very much like the pictures. When we checked in we got a room that there was a lot of bugs on the floor and the AC didn't work and than they changed the room to another one on the 4 floor without elevator. Over all I think the price is too high for what you get you can pay half the price on other place

Valeu o investimento

O hotel é limpíssimo, o primeiro recepcionista foi super frio, não gostei do atendimento, mas os demais funcionários foram ótimos. Não tem limpeza diária nos quartos, a não ser que você solicite. O café tem poucas opções, mas é bem feito, vale a pena. Da pra ir na praia andando , só atravessar a pista! Não tem elevador.

Cama desconfortável, sao duas de solteiro encostadas. Nao teve servico de quarto para a limpeza. Quando cheguei nao tinha sabonete, shampoo, nem papel higiênico. Controle da televisao nao funcionava. Cafe da manha com pouca variedade, porem tudo limpo e organizado e ambiente climatizado. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.

A acomodação é indicada para passar poucos dias. Passamos 3 dias apenas e não houve troca de toalhas e nem limpeza do quarto. Pelas fotos parecia acomodacies novas e reformadas, porem o quarto que ficamos n tinha muito a oferecer além de ser bem pequeno. A localização é longe de muitos pontos turisticos como mercado modelo, elevador lacerda, Farol da Barra, porem fic proximo ao aeroporto. Café da manhã razoável.

Achei os funcionários perdidos, tinha baratas no banheiro e no quarto, o banheiro tinha um mau cheiro. Deveriam colocar ralos para evitar isso.

Fiquei hospedado do quarto 102 de 05 para 06/07 frente para o Mar, quarto bem legal. Encontrei várias baratas pequenas no quarto e banheiro. No segundo dia de hospedagem, 06 para 07/07, no quarto 101, novamente encontrei várias baratas. Teve bastante barulho durante a noite com som (de algum quarto e barulho de cama batendo na parede) incomodou muito durante a madrugada.
