The hotel looks nice from pictures unfortunately I was very disappointed when got to the hotel. The only great thing about the hotel was the stuff that work on the restaurant. The rooms was not clean, always missing toilet paper, towels or the very peculiar fact that one time when they changed the sheets it was duty. I wish I could rite better review, but my experience was not the good.

Problemas pontuais

Viagem de casal para estudo e descanso. Resolvemos ficar no quarto até mais tarde e somente descer no horário do almoço. Ao sairmos a camareira estava no corredor e perguntou: estão saindo? Ao respondermos positivamente a senhora disse: fiquei até agora esperando vocês. Então entendemos e dissemos que não precisava fazer a limpeza do quarto. Ponto principal foi o elevador que estava quebrado e ficamos no ultimo andar. Extremamente desconfortável. Somos hóspedes frequentes do hotel e foi a primeira vez que houveram problemas como esses.
