Likes: Lots of space to stretch out. Great value for the money spent. Dislikes: No dehumidifier in room, it stays wet inside. Allowing adults to carry drinks and food into pools. (The pool bar is fine, but when I see a plate of food on the outside of the pool edge and a pina coloda spill into the water by a drunk woman, it made us leave the pool that day.) Please enforce no food and drinks in the pool.

Não há palavras para definir esse hotel: simplesmente maravilhoso! A equipe é extremamente simpática e prestativa, tudo muito organizado, limpo e cheiroso. Em alguns pontos, notei que certas comidas pareciam já estar há algum tempo expostas, mas isso não chegou a comprometer a experiência. Faço apenas algumas ressalvas. Há 4 restaurantes do jantar temáticos e o acesso depende da quantidade de diárias — no meu caso, fiquei quatro dias no pré-carnaval de Salvador e só pude ir a dois, o que acaba sendo um pouco frustrante para o hóspede. Além disso, os bares da piscina encerram cedo, às 18h, quando ainda há sol; poderiam estender pelo menos até 19h. Afinal, em um resort queremos relaxar e aproveitar ao máximo. Por fim, há muitos gatinhos pelo hotel — um verdadeiro paraíso — e talvez fosse interessante espalhar alguns potinhos de água para eles. Apenas uma sugestão ❤️

Eu daria 4 estrelas, mas o hotel não utiliza garrafas plásticas com água para diminuir o uso de plástico, por isso ele disponibiliza pontos para encher garrafas de vidro com água, mas os bebedouros são ruins, algumas vezes não sai água ou demora demais para encher uma garrafa e a água é bem ruim, com um gosto muito forte. Só hoje na hora do checkout que disseram que cada quarto tinha direito a um galão de 5 litros de água mineral, mas isso não foi dito ou oferecido em nenhum momento. Outro ponto negativo é que eu reparei que eles reaproveitavam alimentos de um dia para o outro, vi que os donuts eram os mesmos em mais de um dia e no terceiro dia já tinha donut embolorado.

Essa foi a nossa quarta vez nesse resort e a última pois o custo benefício não compensa. Compramos o star prestige e a qualidade dele piorou muito . A estadia no Iberostar foi incrível. Adoramos a estrutura do hotel, a piscina mais silenciosa, os restaurantes e principalmente a cordialidade e receptividade dos funcionários do hotel. Passamos o meu aniversario e eles enviaram um pequeno bolo e champanhe no quarto para celebrarmos.

O check-in demorou muito tempo, fila enorme e bagunçada, sem nenhuma informação. O atendimento da equipe, na maior parte do tempo, foi grosso e mal educado. Havia poucas opções de lugares pra comer, sendo que tinha que pegar fila de mais de 40min para pegar um hambúrguer ou Aracajé. No café da manhã, era sempre uns 40min para pegar uma tapioca.

O café da manha era farto mas muitas coisas só ficava disponível uma hora após a abertura do local. Suco de laranja chegava bem depois, as pessoas também ficavam nos seus posto, uma hora após a abertura do café. O quarto era muito confortável mas bem escuro. Fiquei no quarto 1001 e o chuveiro espirrava água para todos os lados. Ficamos um dia sem arrumação e não foi domingo. Os restaurantes abriam, exemplo, 20:00, 20:05, 20:10, 20:15. Nunca num horário fixo. com essa "pegada ecológica", tinhamos que pegar água longe do quarto, porque não tinham garrafas pet à disposição e também não forneciam canudos. Mas as sacolas das lojas não tinham nada de ecológico. Quanto aos garçons e pessoal do atendimento, tudo ótimo. Nada a reclamar.
