"From the strat the customer service was phenomenal. Avery met me at the door and explained everything to me , its around the holidays so of course everyone is flustered and so was i . Expedia did not listed anything about the stay but she did and i was so thankful for that .. we was on ythe frist floor which gave us strps away from the courtyard that had a firepit and grills . The room was clean and had everything you needed with a full stove and fridge "
