Na recepção não tinham informação sobre os benefícios da reserva pelo Hotels , não aceitaram aplicar o desconto de 20% em alimentação e outros benefícios . Banheiro sai muita água do box molhando o piso , apartamento precisando uma reforma , como cortinas velhas por exemplo

Pleasant Hotel with Great Staff

This hotel is fine. It is located across from a lovely park (Plaza Artigas) and is right downtown. The downtown is a nice walk. The hotel was very clean; the breakfast was just excellent as were the two breakfast hosts. The reception lady (Natalia) was very kind, helpful, and bilingual. The only concern was that the room was quite small. The pool is fine. I would return although I would prefer a slightly better price. I'm not a big gambler but the front desk provided us with complimentary money to give it a try.
