" We found this place very comfortable and cozy, the rooms very spacious and the parking lot with enough room for large vehicles, the front desk staff friendly and willing to help with any need as well as the maintenance staff on the day shift, unfortunately the staff in charge of the entrance gate at the night shift acted in a rude and unprofessional manner, with a haughty and arrogant attitude, this is the third time we stayed at this hotel we never had this issues before."
