NO ME DIERON SOLUCIÓN, ME VI OBLIGADA A IRME A OTRO ALOJAMIENTO A LAS 22 HS , SIN CONOCER LA PCIA, Y CON EL CANSANCIO DEL VIAJE. TOTAL FALTA DE EMPATIA. SON UN FRAUDE Y YA LES HICE EL RECLAMO EN DEF. Al llegar me dijeron que mi reserva no existia, que esto era algo ilegal que le estaban haciendo, un fraude hacia ellos y quel precio era de 70.000 la noche. Al recibo que uds me mandaron lo tiraron a la pasura. En vez de casi 50 por las 2 boches tuve que pagar 140.000
