Beautiful property. Very good staff. Good location. Comfortable rooms and beds. I was surprised that hot infusions were not complementary in the room. This is very common in properties of this quality. The rest was ok.

Mooi en schoon hotel op goede locatie dicht bij het centrale plein. Alle medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zij hebben mij goed bijgestaan toen ik onwel werd en even naar het ziekenhuis moest. Gedurende de de rest van mijn verblijf werd regelmatig gevraagd of alles goed ging met me. Hun oprechte betrokkenheid was zo sterk dat zij me zelfs een paar weken na mijn vertrek nog een keer gebeld hebben om te vragen hoe het met me was. Top!

O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo à praça 9 de julho ( aonde tudo acontece). O grande defeito do hotel é não ter janelas anti-ruido e na nossa chegada no hotel ( após varias horas de voo ) nos deram um quarto voltado para as grandes avenidas e era extremamente ruidoso! O quarto é muito confortável ( cama um pouco pequena ) e chuveiro muito bom ( sem banheira - o que é ótimo). O café da manhã é nota 5 faltando pães bons e o gosto do próprio café ( não sei se era a marca, não era bom). Quando retornamos ao hotel depois de 2 dias, ficamos em um quarto muito bom ( agora sem ruido - peçam quartos com números 303,305 ,403,405,503,505, 603,605). Quartos longe das avenidas e faciando o fundo
