They let me book knowing I was under 21 & I had to have someone come check me in (luckily my brother is from utah) because we live 5 hours away. I also turn 21 in less than 3 months. The front desk girl was extremely rude.

This is not a 3 star hotel, at best its an overpriced comfort suites with motel 6 vibes. Save your money and go elsewhere. I'll give kudos to the marketing and IT department for making this place look stellar on the website but boots on the ground, seeing it for yourself and paying nearly $300 a night for a room that was not worth it's price point with the exception of square footage; I definitely will not stay at these locations again. Room 133 looked as if it had been in a battle and lost. The refrigerator had many dings and scratches, the chair was stained and greasy, the cat5 port had grease or something jammed into it, the sink was cracked in the bathroom, the bathtub was showing signs of rust stains and chipped also with a bad caulking job applied to a cracked tile, the shower curtain metal support paint was peeling off due to a lack of a exhaust fan when it steams up, the carpet by the bedroom door had what looked like a blood stain and the entrance door at night allowed light under and around the door jam, you could hear the ceiling above you creak when people are walking across the room, the hallways leading to the rooms are scratched up on both sides and the clientele looked a bit sketchy as if the hotel was apart of a government housing program and also partnered with a construction company to house it's employees while they are working on the construction taking place next to it. Overall this is a management issue of this hotel and he/she needs to do a walkthru

Great location for all events. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. Real close to the Maverik event center. Parking isn’t big enough but do able. Rooms were roomy and comfortable beds and shower. However our neighbors above us were noisy

The swimming pool was unique and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The last night of our stay the water was turned off for the entire facility which was a major inconvenience when we returned after the timeframe the water would be off and our family was unable to shower after our trip to a trampoline park. It was also terrible that the toilet wasn’t able to have water either. That is unacceptable.

The entrance is blocked by nearby construction. Difficult to come and go during the day. Sort of sketchy neighborhood. Room and staff met expectations. Good pool but shared by 2 hotels and very crowded. Decent room for the price, would probably stay here again after nearby construction is done.

Front desk customer service has been nothing but awesome during our stay and even helped with extra. We definitely recommend for family's especially with a cool pool side for your kids!

There was always trash throughout the hallways, the trash cans at entrances were over-flowing and trash was all around the grounds. The staff informed me the pool was open for the duration of our stay, but they ended up closing it after only 1 night there due to renovations. It would have been nice to have been informed of this prior to my booking. When I asked for a refund and cancellation of the remainder of our stay, the staff and manager refused and stated that the room was discounted for that reason (although nothing stated that would be happening), and they would not consider that complaint a valid reason for cancellation so I would still be charged.

Only things negative were the construction in the area making it a little bit hard to navigate, and the fact that one of theotel guest's trucks had been broken into early morning.

I've stayed here many times because I love the full kitchen when I'm there multiple days. Usually, no complaints. This time was terrible however. The walls and floors are very thin. I got stuck on the first floor, so I got to hear little kids running up on the second floor above me until 1am. I tried to notify the front desk for help with the situation, but the phones didnt work and when i tried to call on my cell, the peraon at the front desk just let it ring. At the same time, I could hear the TV next door through the paper thin walls. And sure enough, 8am comes aroind and housekeeping walks right in, do not disturb on the door and everything. Then they did it again at 10:30, when checkout was 11. Apparently, I wasnt getting out of their hotel fast enough for them.

Great family friendly rooms. Comfortable beds, space to fit a family. Terrible water slide hours. Never got to use it because it’s only open a few hours on the weekend which isn’t on the description of the hotel. Biggest complaint was the kitchen staff literally was taking food away right in front of guests 2 minutes before breakfast hours ended. We were reaching for the milk for the cereal and she reached around us and took it away. Ear buds were in their ears so you couldn’t talk to them. As a former hotel kitchen staff member, we put guests needs above leaving early and served them until they were done. I’ve never seen such terrible service at a breakfast at a hotel. I was down there with my son 30 minutes earlier and people were asking for the hot foods to be refilled and she didn’t do it. Then when my family came down she was cleaning it all up minutes before the hours ended. Great rooms… but the amenities could be improved with their hours and service to paying guests.

The room was good. Couch & other areas were very worn but it was clean. The pool was very dirty, slide was broken, rust spots on the slide area. One night from 10:25pm-10:50pm a male was outside at the front door sitting next to a running vehicle blasting must. The male was drinking beer. He then peed at the smoking post. At that point I knocked on the window & yelled. He got back in the car but continued to drink & blast music.

The rooms are super nice! I love that the rooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash built in the showers. The room was nice and clean. The pool was the highlight of the stay for the family, with the water slide. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was really nice breakfast was nice they have a big variety king size bed was a little uncomfortable and the sofa sleeper is outdated and ripped up the pool was super cool water slide was awesome my son said but the chlorine was so bad my eyes were burning the entire time and my husband got an allergic reaction from the hot tub and i had to rush and get benadryl thank goodness it helped.
