When I went to check in after driving 12 hours I was told there was an issue with my room that I had booked for almost 2 months. They placed blame on on Expedia, but Expedia said they were not informed of the issue before talking to me.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms and the cleanliness was not so good. I always bring a black light and has to go to the store to get sanitizing wipes and disinfectant spray. I also bring my own sheets: glad I did. Next time I will go back to Marriott- much cleaner. Cost of the room was too much for what we got.
To begin with there was a "Surprise" incidental fee added to your room. ( Portion unused returned in 7 days). If your on a tight budget unavailable funds can be a big deal . The swimming pool was too cold for kids to swim in comfortably. The breakfast was very disappointing. They were out of most everything both days including plates silverware and napkins and very slow to replenish with minimal amounts. For the price it was truly a disappointing experience. Will not be staying at Hilton again anytime soon

I only wish I could say the same for the new Hotels.com reward program. It’s terrible for the consumer they reduce the amount that you collect as a loyalty payment by 75%.
Typically hotels are too bright first thing in the morning. The window coverings were very effective in blocking out the morning sun allowing us to sleep in. Additionally, they had a privacy curtain between the couch area and the bed.
Spacious and comfortable room with full kitchen. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice location with easy parking and some decent restaurants you can walk to. A great deal for the price!
Pool was very dirty. Did not swim in pool. The beds were just okay, pillows being way to soft. Elevators are scary.

We were charged $150 deposit and received $75 back. There was no explanation as to why! First, we will never stay there again and are VERY disappointed in this matter and will let our family and friends know to watch out when booking rooms in the future!!! John LaMunyon

The reason you got only 75 back was because we are pet friendly hotel but we have a non-refundable pet fee charge and since you travel with your pet that's the reason you got 75 dollars charge.
Such a nice room for the money.. very clean and tidy, kitchen and office area... lovely stay. Plus the oyster market bar across the parking lot makes a campari and oysters on the half shell a must.
Excellent hotel! Great customer service and excellent experience!! Suite was spacious and comfortable for the 3 of us!! Breakfast was nice! Housekeeping staff was great and friendly!! Our rooms always looked great!! We will definitely stay again in the future!!
I liked the rooms they were gorgeous. The majority of the staff was very nice although the Shantel staff lady made me cry as i was stuck in Utah visiting from Oregon and she did not tell me about a deposit that i needed , following with bullying me the rest of the entire stay. Mean looks and nasty comments the entire time.
We had a wonderful experience on our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. I would gladly stay there again.
