Very quiet on the back side of hotel. Could have used a larger refrigerator and microwave in the room. But hot tub, pool, staff, breakfast was excellent!! Would stay here again.

I had read the reviews on this property before our trip and they were a mixed bag as with any hotel. I chose this hotel because of price and location. Well you get what you pay for. The only good thing about this hotel is the parking and location. I should of known when we pulled up and the front desk workers were out smoking in the parking lot that it wasn't your highest rating hotel. Next our fridge did not work in our room, and they did swap that out for us or asked us if we wanted to change rooms but we didn't discover this until the next day and we had already unpacked some daily essentials but that was remedied after the original fridge leaked all over our floor. The biggest issue i have with this place was everyday after we would return and trek up to our room on the 3rd floor with all our stuff in our hands we were locked out of room everyday on our 5 day stay and having to trek back downstairs and get this remedied everyday it became a little irritating. I can understand once but not 4 nights of staying there.... the last night I had to contain my husband as he was losing it on the way down in the elevator. So needless to say... I will not return and pay more next time because it was a hassle from the get go.... the staff was nice... but it seemed like we were asking for to much from them.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everyone walking in the hallways and people in there rooms. The bed was average in comfort. Not terrible but not really comfortable. The pillows were very small in size, hard to get comfortable. They didn't have hardly anything in stock that you can purchase in there pantry store. The staff was friendly and informative about surrounding areas. I personally didn't like the location, it seemed in a more run down part of town, considering what they charge per night. Seems to high based on location.
