Hotel di vecchia costruzione. Proprietari gentili. Le camere sono old fashion ed arredate con IP minimo indispensabile. Insonorizzazione praticamente inesistente. I pasti sono quelli di una pensione anni 60. Va bene se di vuole risparmiare e stare vicino al centro.

Nous nous sommes gelés!

La chambre était chauffée que 2 heures le soir et autant le matin Impossible de prendre une douche en se levant : c'était la SIBERIE.(18H30 20H30 - 7H 9H) La douche 50 cm sur 80 environ..... Aucun élément correctement installé ; rideau de douche pourri , sol de douche crasseux et j'en passe ! Nous n'avons rien dit, car les patrons étaient gentils et, apparemment contents d'accueillir du monde avec si peu de frais ! En ce qui concerne les repas du soir, que nous avons pris à l'hotel : seul le sourire du patron était ACCEPTABLE ! Voilà, nous avons passé QUATRE JOURS DE MISERE, car il faut pouvoir dormir dans un lit aussi inconfortable, dans lequel QUATRE COUVERTURES on remplacé le chauffage ! ET J'EN PASSE...J'oubliais : les cintres de l'armoire étaient en fil de fer : apparemment récupérés dans un pressing.

Kind and friendly

It was closed to Thermae(terme) and easy to find. Hotel staffs were so kind and friendly. He helped us to get 20% discount of terme entrance fees. Wifi is available in down stairs and around the corridor but not good in the room. But we enjoyed much and hope to visit again.

Prezzo imbattibile per albergo molto accogliente!

A Sanpellegrino per la corsa, cercavamo un albergo vicino al centro per una sola notte e abbiamo trovato questo stupendo albergo. Imbattibile il prezzo e la cordialita' dello staff, che si e' sempre dimostrato molto gentile, dandoci anche consigli sulla citta' e dimostrandosi disponibilissimo ad un "late check-out" senza sovrapprezzo. L'albergo nelle camere e' un po' minimalista, ma e' tenuto bene ed e' veramente pulito; inoltre la colazione comunque e' variegata e ricca con caffetteria vera. Consigliatissimo!

Centralt beliggende

Seng: Lidt hård. Personale: Meget lidt engelsk, men meget flinke og hjælpsomme (familieejet). Pris og kvalitet er helt i top. Ligger tæt på centrum - ca. 2 min. at gå. Godt udgangspunkt til at se det nordelige Toscana, som fx Parma, Modena, Fidenza Village (Stor outlet med de bedste italienske mærker) se lokale borge, mountain-bike, vandring. Byen er stille og rolig - pensionistparadis. Er du til fest og party så find en anden by. Alt i alt super godt.

A éviter quand il fait chaud !

L'hotel ne dispose de climatisation et les chambres mi juillet 2009 sont de véritables fournaises, pas d'ascenseur non plus! Le confort moderne n'est pas arrivé jusqu'à la Villa Moderna qui usurpe son nom avec un confort d'il y a 40 ans!

Une atention et une propreté irreprochables

A deux pas du centre ville de Salsomaggiore le confort simple mais propre font de cet hôtel une bonne base pour visiter Parme, faire des virées gourmandes, aller voir les châteaux aux alentours. Définitivement un très bon rapport qualité prix.
