"Location, Staff and amenities are great."

"Room was decent sized but had no AC and a window with no screen. Property was a little dated. Property location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was old, didn't have toilet paper holder and it did not have a ventilation fan so it got very humid and smelly. "

"Ocean view. The room was rustic so I loved it. The free breakfast is actually a full meal not continental. Parking is secure and safe. I will Definitely stay here again. "

"Staff was great. Room was clean. I liked the fact that there was an in-house restaurant, bar, spa, gym, heated pool & jacuzzis. My only complaint is that the mattresses were hard compared to our friends’ room. Also we were near the lobby on the first floor and it was very noisy all day & night."

"The staff is amazing. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Our hotel room had no water in the kitchen, and the AC did not work. We were also never told that the hotel was under construction, so our entire stay was filled with construction noise. Hammering, saw noises, paint smell, and construction workers and tools in the elevators and hallways. It was not the experience that we thought that we were going to receive. I wish we would have been told about all of this prior to booking, or at least at check in. That way we could have made the decision as to if that is what we were interested in or not."

"Convivence is the biggest asset to staying here. Can get to the malecon or key shopping and eating places quickly from this property. Rooms were not clean well, no towels in one room - very worn down. I will say the staff is very friendly. Price was fair."
