Clean, comfortable, convenient hotel in Provence

This hotel was great for a 1-night stay during a road trip across Provence. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. They also have a restaurant / coffee shop, and even games in the lobby.

Property was clean, newly upgraded. For the price to basic: no water cooker in the room, no fridge, no roomservice, no safe, no cupboard. Friendly staff, and clean....so I wouldn't mind staying there again if in the area.

It was hard to fall asleep because of noise from the group of students that came on a bus both nights and were roomed on the floor above me. I bought earplugs on the second day which did help, but they still managed to wake me up at 6 am. In the future, I would recommend that large groups would be housed on the ground floor.

No Aircondition and very hot room

According to hotels.com this hotel has aircondition, but they shut it down during low outdoor temperature. So it’s not possible to turn it on when the outdoor temperature is 28 degree C. Just write when it’s on and off - then I will choose another hotel.

Très bien situé, non loin de l'autoroute mais malgré tout, pas de nuisances. Chambre familiale assez grande pour 4. Salle de bain un peu petite, un tablette pour poser nos affaires serait la bienvenue Petit déjeuner correct. Mention spéciale pour la personne de l'accueil charmante et réactive face à une demande.

Le petit déjeuner de pauvre avec une seule personne qui s'occupait de tout. A la réceptionla personne qui a fait notre check in samedi apres midi etait bien mais les 2 receptionnistes du mardi apres midi et mercredi matin n'ont pas été polies et professionnelle vu qu'on etait 15 personnes de la même famille et d'origine indienne venues pour un mariage à Aix c'était toujours des suspicion alors qu'on a réglé nos chambres pour tout notre sejour la réceptionniste de mardi après-midi a dit qu'on devait encore sur une chambre on a dû lui montrer le relévé de banque pour se justifier aprés elle est venue nous expliquer que c'est Expedia qui a fait l'erreur alors qu'on a réglé directement avec l'hôtel j'ai demandé de changer mes draps pas fait j'ai demandé les draps pour le faire moi même on a ressenti qu'on n'était pas du tout le bienvenu dans cet hôtel malgré qu'on payait comme tout le monde un lavabo bouché depuis samedi on a informé la réception jusqu'à le départ mercredi rien n'a été fait. Le night de mardi soir etait sympa. Ça nous a gâché notre voyage. Pas de professionnalisme L'hôtel est vieillot mais si le personnel était chaleureux ça aurait fait la différence.

Hotel, à fuir à tout prix ! La télé ne fonctionne pas dans ma chambre… Je le signale dès mon arrivée, et on me dit que je dois essayer de réparer, parce que personne n’a le temps de s’occuper de moi ! Au petit déjeuner, une dame anglaise se plaint que sa douche fuyait dans toute la salle de bain! Ensuite un couple de personnes âgées, raconte que le pommeau de douche est cassé… On leur demande s’ils ont essayé de réparer… À part une relative propreté, le petit déjeuner est horrible, et l’hôtel ne mérite pas ces trois étoiles !

Chambre réservée deux semaines en amont. La veille je reçois un mail m’indiquant que ma réservation a été déplacée à l’hôtel ibis. Arrivés sur place, on m’informe ne pas avoir de réservation à mon nom. Je me rends à l’hôtel Greet qui me redirige à l’hôtel ACE. Ce dernier m’indique avoir une réservation pour deux personnes (nous étions 4…). Finalement, je suis redirigée à l’hôtel d’Angleterre, obligée d’avancer les frais. Le responsable de l’hôtel Greet est injoignable !!!!!! Inacceptable de balader les clients ainsi. Je déconseille fortement !!!

Hôtel confortable mais rangement très limité

Hôtel confortable. Séjour de 2 nuits. Pas de bruit dans les chambres. Seule la ventilation du chauffage était bruyante. Literie OK. Très bon petit déjeuner. Parking dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel, fermé la nuit. Points négatifs : le rangement est pratiquement inexistant aussi bien dans la chambre que dans la salle d’eau. L’éclairage gagnerait à être amélioré dans la salle d’eau, difficile de se maquiller.
