"It is a big property with beach access, pool and hot tub, restaurant, game room in lobby, and dvd’s that you can borrow from the front desk. Staff was helpful and pleasant and room was clean. This property is perfect for families on a beach vacation. Our room and bathroom were both very roomy. Coffee, fridge, and microwave make it even more economical."

"My dog found a condom wrapper and used condom in the room! There was debris behind the in room soaking tub. Each morning we woke to a knocking in the bathroom wall. We've stayed here before and it was great but not this time. I told the front desk about the unclean room and the knocking and we were offered cookies. Won’t be staying here again. "

"We were very disappointed in our stay. The desk chair in our room was torn and the surface of the side chair was peeling off. They had put a cover over the seat to hide the tears but the back and the arms were cracked and peeling. When we returned to our room on the 2nd day, we found 2 bags of garbage on the floor, garbage laying in the corner that wasn’t ours, dirty, wet towels on the bathroom floor (we had hung ours up after showering) our bed wasn’t made up and they hadn’t replenished the pods of coffee."

"We always love staying here when we come to Lincoln City. Not only is it always clean, the views are amazing, staff goes above and beyond, they’re super pet friendly with little welcome bag dog treats and a perfect pet relief turfed area and the pool is always clean which is a plus! "
