"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No body wash liquid in the dispenser, no bars of soap, toilet seat so loose it’s almost falling off, drain in the bathroom sink plugged and the TV apparently requires you to use your own internet, no regular programming. The bed mattress was horrible and is only about 18” above the floor. Still using metal keys for entry, no electronic locks, no security. The room had a bed, a small table & 1 chair. No amenities like other hotels, not even a box of Kleenex. DO...

"The rooms are OK, nothing special. The have a decent fridge. We stayed one night and it was constant noise from the other rooms, we didn't get any sleep. We've stayed here twice thinking the noise the first time was a fluke but we were wrong!"

"The property appeared clean. The property is very dated and in need of many updates. The carpet, mattress and chairs are well past useful life, Bedspreads, shower curtains, sink and bathtub all had cigarette burns in the non-smoking room."

"I booked this hotel specifically for swimming pool amenity. But when I went there it was closed for maintenance. I expressed my disappointment and asked for discount, but they denied since I booked to Expedia."

"Spacious room. Was pretty clean. Location in downtown Ketchum was perfect. Bikes at the hotel were nice to go and check out their wood river belt. We didn’t care for the beds. Not very comfortable which is a personal preference But it was very noisy. Lots a road noise and business noise early in the am. Make sure you bring a fan to try and drown out the noise. Otherwise staff were very helpful and nice and room was very spacious"

"The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff was very nice. A previous guest changed the settings on the room tv and I couldn’t log in to my account. The front desk gentleman helped me get it all working. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is a great location. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store."

"Reasonable room rate. Nicely maintained property with a western rustic vibe. No breakfast but the Wraps place is right next door and The famous Kneadery is only a couple of blocks away. Well worth the 5 minute walk. Right across from the Appellation Hotel construcion project so there is noise during the day but convenient if you are in town for that project. Limelight Lodge across the street has a great happy hour on the patio."
