The hotel and the room are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast great! I loved the central location, literally 5 minutes walk from St. Peter Basilica.

The hotel was such a good choice! Very convenient location and walking to the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, Vatican, and the Colosseum was very doable. Also super close to Campo del Fiori and Piazza Navona which had a variety of stores and dining options especially for night owls. Our stay came with breakfast at the hotel rooftop. Great breakfast options! And the staff were so friendly. Special shoutout to Oliver at Hotel L’Orologio! Made our stay such a memorable one.

"There was no one at the reception, when we reached, do had to wait. Then i was given a standard room whereas i had paid for heritage sweet. Buffet was very ordnirary. Cleanliness was below avaerage.overall the only good thing about the hotel was its name Serena."
